2010-2012 CIMET Master Course

Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for non-EU Students (Category A)

For 2010-2012 Course, the CIMET Master will have about 10 Erasmus Mundus scholarships for non-EU students who did not have a stay in an EU-country for more than one year over the last five years (called category A students).

The selected student, will receive a scholarship of totally 24 000€ per year. The application to an Erasmus Mundus scholarship is done through the classical student’s application procedure of CIMET. 

The application for Erasmus Mundus scholarship for the CIMET programme 2010-2012 will be opened in October 2009 and until the 8th of January 2010.

 

Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for EU Students and non European students* (Category B)

In the framework of Erasmus Mundus II starting from the academic year 2010, Europe will offer new scholarships that is called category B. These scholarships are devoted for European students and also for third country students *who have stayed for more than 12 months in the EU countries mentioned on the Erasmus Mundus website.

For the academic year 2010/2012 CIMET Master Course will offer about 8 Erasmus Mundus scholarships of category B students. The selected student will receive a grant of totally 10 000€ per year. The application to an Erasmus Mundus scholarship is done through the classical student’s application procedure of CIMET.

It should be noted that, while the Category A scholarships should be considered as “full scholarships” covering all necessary costs of the student during his/her study period in Europe, Category B scholarships have to be considered as a “financial contribution” to the student’s costs.

The application for Erasmus Mundus Grants category B for the CIMET Course 2010-2012 will be opened from October 2009 until the 9th of May 2010.

 

CIMET Consortium Scholarship for non-EU Students (Category A’)

For 2010-2012 course, the CIMET Master consortium will offer 6 scholarships for non-EU students who did not have a stay in an EU-country for more than one year over the last five years (called category A students).

The selected student will receive a scholarship of 4000€ per year reducing to 50% the CIMET tuition fees. The application to a CIMET Consortium scholarship is done through the classical student’s application procedure of CIMET. 

The application to a CIMET Consortium scholarship for the CIMET course 2010-2012 will be opened from October 2009 until the 9th of April 2010.

 

CIMET Consortium Scholarship for EU Students and non EU students* (Category B’)

For 2010-2012 course, the CIMET Master consortium will offer 6 scholarships for EU students or non EU students who have stayed for more than 12 months in Europe in the last five years. 

The selected student will receive a scholarship of 2000€ per year reducing to 50% the CIMET tuition fees. The application to a CIMET Consortium scholarship is done through the classical student’s application procedure of CIMET. 

The application to a CIMET Consortium scholarship for the CIMET programme 2010-2012 will be opened from October 2009 until the 9th of May 2010.

CIMET Erasmus Mundus Fellowships for Non-EU Scholars (PhD. Level Min)

The CIMET consortium is also able to host academics specialized in the fields of optics, colour, image and media technology. Scholars (PhD minimum) will be expected to contribute to the teaching of one compulsory course or one optional specialization course, under the direction of a permanent teacher at the host institution.
Scholar fellowship: from 2400€ for a two-week stay to a maximum of 14,800 for a 3 months stay in any of our four Universities.


CIMET Tuition Fees


International Students (Non-EU): 16,000€ for the two-year course

EU Students or Non-EU students who have stayed more than 12 months in the EU:  8000€ for the two-year course
