Participation costs

The CIMET participation costs include:

- The registration costs in all partner universities

- All ECTS accredited courses (including language courses)

- Student support and services: from application process, pre arrival information to diploma reception

- Registrar/ documentation:  registration, transcripts, diploma supplement, diplomas from partner universities, certified copy of diploma

- A comprehensive insurance cover for the two years of the Master: please refer to the following website  https://www.marshconnect.eu/emis2MC.htm (EM scholarship holders only)

The participation costs * do not cover*  travel cost from country of origin, travel costs to and from the institutions they are attending during the length of the programme (including induction week, seminars, conferences…), travel documents (passports, visas…), accommodation and all living expenses, books, stationery, photocopies. Those costs are covered by the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
 

Participation costs are: 

International Students (Non-EU): 8000€  par academic year

EU Students: 4000€  per academic year.

Students pay the participation costs yearly. The costs are non refundable.

For Erasmus Mundus scholarship holders, participation costs will be deducted each year directly from the scholarship (upon students’consent as established in the student agreement) once full registration at University Jean Monnet, the coordinating university, is completed at the beginning of each year of the programme.
